陈立勇 博士

1.个人简介

陈立勇,汉族,198301月生,博士,西安科技大学理学院讲师。200807月毕业于内蒙古师范大学物理学本科专业,201106月获陕西师范大学理学硕士学位,201503月获西北工业大学理学博士学位。主持并完成国家自然科学基金青年基金项目1,博士后面上项目1项,国家自然科学基金理论物理专项1项。指导硕士研究生7名,毕业3名。主要针对多铁性氧化物薄膜结构(如异质结、超晶格)微观生长机理、界面性质、磁电耦合特性等方面进行理论与实验研究。在国内外学术期刊如Journal of Applied physicsEurophysics LettersApplied surface sciencesurfaces and interfaces国际SCI源期刊上发表学术论文20余篇。
