
1.个人简介
赵省贵:2008年博士毕业于西北工业大学,获材料物理与化学专业博士学位,同年晋升为西安科技大学理学院副教授,2010年被聘为硕士生导师。目前研究方向主要为纳米尺度新型光电响应、存储薄膜材料的制备、物性研究及光电器件的研发;太阳能电池材料的物理调控及电池性能研究。获陕西省科学技术三等奖一次,获省教育厅高等学校科技奖二、三等奖各一次;获授权国家发明专利5项;已发表论文40余篇(其中SCI收录37篇)、主编教材1部。
